About Us

Gizem Erdurak is an architect, civil engineer and real estate advisor. Since 2022 she and her team have been guiding people who want to buy a home or invest in North Cyprus.

She completed a double major at Istanbul Kültür University, graduating first in her class in Civil Engineering and second in Architecture. Knowing both how a building is designed and how it is built, she brings the experience of two disciplines to real estate.

That background lets her assess a property beyond its listing details: its layout, build quality and value in use. She looks at whether the floor plan suits everyday life, at the materials and workmanship, and at whether the building will hold its value over the years. That technical eye lets us explain clearly which property is the right choice for you.

Today she is Sales Manager at Global Gate. Residential and villa projects in North Cyprus, real estate investment and the tax side of investing are the main areas she advises on.
